SupplyAxis
A coordination layer for group offers

Better buying starts with shared intent.

SupplyAxis helps verified practices coordinate interest in supplier-defined offers. Wright Millners continues to review each practice order separately, invoice the practice directly and fulfil through its existing process.

How an offer works
1 · Compare terms01
2 · Register interest02
3 · Supplier reviews each order03

No basket or request is a purchase. Practices pay Wright Millners directly after acceptance.

For practices

Stay in control

Review pack sizes and price tiers, choose conditional interest or send a separate firm request, and keep your existing urgent order route.

For the supplier

Decide order by order

Publish eligible offers, review aggregated interest and independently accept, partially fulfil, wait or decline each practice request with a reason.

For the pilot

Learn before scaling

Track offer activity, exceptions and workload. Targets, fees, legal terms and any later technical integration remain jointly agreed decisions.

Proposed 90-day pilot

Days 1–30Scope and legal review, agree 10–20 SKUs and supplier terms, prepare test data.
Days 31–45Onboard 5–10 verified practices and train a supplier owner.
Days 46–60Run controlled orders and track delivery, savings and exceptions.
Days 61–90Review defects, workload and margin; decide whether to scale, modify or stop.

Pilot stages are a proposal; thresholds and baselines are “to be agreed jointly”. SupplyAxis does not process payments or submit orders to supplier systems.
